Terms and Conditions for the Professional Partnership Program

Welcome to the ONSET DNA Professional Partnership Program. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in our program. By enrolling as a Partner, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Program Overview

The ONSET DNA Professional Partnership Program is designed exclusively for Attorneys, Family Law professionals, Immigration experts, and Healthcare Providers such as OBGYNs. The goal of the program is to promote and bring awareness of ONSET DNA’s mobile DNA testing services to clients in need.

Partners in this program will have the opportunity to refer clients to ONSET DNA and earn compensation for successfully completed DNA tests. A completed test is defined as a service resulting in the client’s receipt of DNA results.

Eligibility

To participate in the Professional Partnership Program, you must:

  1. Be a licensed professional in the fields mentioned above.
  2. Submit an application to become a Partner and receive approval from ONSET DNA.
  3. Agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Partner Responsibilities

  1. Promotion and Referrals: Partners are responsible for promoting ONSET DNA’s services professionally and ethically to clients who may benefit from mobile DNA testing services.
  2. Accuracy: Partners must ensure accurate representation of ONSET DNA’s services and adhere to all applicable legal and ethical guidelines.
  3. Compliance: Partners must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations when referring clients to ONSET DNA.

Compensation

  1. Partners will earn a referral fee for each client who completes a DNA test through ONSET DNA. A test is considered “completed” once the client has received their DNA results.
  2. Referral fees will be paid biweekly through the payment method selected during the application process.

Prohibited Actions

  1. Partners may not engage in any misleading or unethical practices to promote ONSET DNA services.
  2. Partners may not make any guarantees or promises on behalf of ONSET DNA regarding test outcomes or timelines.

Termination

ONSET DNA reserves the right to terminate a Partner’s participation in the program for any breach of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to unethical behavior, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with applicable laws.

Indemnification

By participating in the Professional Partnership Program, Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONSET DNA from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the program.

Changes to Terms

ONSET DNA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Acceptance

By applying to and participating in the ONSET DNA Professional Partnership Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
