For non-legal DNA testing, a DNA kit will be mailed to you within 1-2 business days of payment. You are responsible for bringing the kit to your appointment for the DNA Specimen Collector to use.
Important: Ensure the DNA kit remains sealed and untampered with until the appointment. Tampering with the kit may compromise the integrity of the test. To ensure timely delivery of your kit, schedule your appointment between 3-5 business days after payment. If your kit does not arrive on time, contact us immediately for assistance.
